MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Arthur Hoilman, 1 Jul 2004

BAKERSVILLE - Arthur Hoilman, 84, of Rockdale Road, died Friday, July 1, 2005.
He was the son of the late Reuben and Nettie Hoilman, and husband of the late
Thelma Garland Hoilman. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Etta
Forbes and Pansy Duvall. He was a minister and served churches in Mitchell and
Avery counties.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Wade and Thelma Buchanan Hoilman
of Bakersville; one grandson; and four great grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Henline-Hughes
Funeral Home in Bakersville. Revs. Ronnie Gouge and Kent Murphy officiated.
Burial followed in Fork Mountain Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The
family received friends from 2 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral
home. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Mitchell County, P.O. Box
38, Spruce Pine, NC 28777.
