NORA MASTERS LOVEN 

BAKERSVILLE - Nora Masters Loven, 93, of Highway 261, died Monday, Dec. 25, 
2006. She was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Cora Garland 
Masters, and wife of the late Edmund Loven. She was also preceded in death by 
a daughter, Elaine Street; and two grandsons. She was a homemaker and the 
oldest member of Bakersville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Bill Loven of Bakersville; a daughter, Nora Bolton of 
Greensboro; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Henline-Hughes 
Funeral Home in Bakersville. Rev. Larry Greene officiated. Burial followed in 
Bakersville Memorial Cemetery. The family received friends from 10 a.m. until 
the service hour at the funeral home.
