C.L. LEDFORD

JOHNSON CITY, TN - C.L. Ledford, 79, formerly of Mitchell County, 
died Friday, Apr. 11, 2003. He was the son of the late Cart and Bertie 
Ingram Ledford. A member of Sinking Creek Baptist Church, he owned and 
operated Fleet Tire Service.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Campbell Ledford of the home; a daughter, 
Betty Cusick of Johnson City; a son, Lawrence Ledford of Johnson City; 
sister, Lena Ledford of Bakersville; brothers, Mason and Bill Ledford, 
both of Bakersville, and Buford Ledford of Johnson City; two grandsons; 
and one great granddaughter.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. 
Reece Harris officiated. Burial followed in Roselawn Memory Gardens. The 
family received friends from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral 
home. Henline-Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
