LEE LEDFORD

SWARTZ CREEK, MI - Lee Ledford, 77, formerly of Spruce Pine, died 
Tuesday, June 17, 2003. He was the son of the late Charlie and 
Florence Burleson Ledford. He was also preceded in death by three 
sisters, Lucille Ledford, Georgia Sparks, and Beatrice Huskins; and 
four brothers, Edgar, Sam, Charles and Ted Ledford. He was retired 
from General Motors in Flint, MI.
Survivors include his wife, Frances McKinney Ledford of the home; 
daughters, Brenda Kerley, Linda Porter and Diane Gomez, all off Swartz 
Creek; sons, Bruce and Richard Ledford, both of Greenville, TN, and 
Bud Ledford of Spruce Pine; a sister, Fannie Dellinger of Spruce Pine; 
20 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held June 19 at Swartz Funeral Home. Rev. Ted 
Culver officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Flint.
