MITCHELL COUNTY, NC - OBITUARIES - Anna Mae Greene McKinney, 18 Dec 2004

BAKERSVILLE - Anna Mae Greene McKinney, 74, of Priors Cove Road, died 
Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004 at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville. She 
was the daughter of the late Fonzer and Laura Greene, and wife of the 
late Ray McKinney. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Inez Wyatt; 
and a brother, Pat Greene. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Martha Gayle McKinney of Bakersville; a son, 
Michael Ray McKinney of Bakersville; sisters, Ruth Dellinger and Myrl Hall, 
both of Bakersville; a brother, Clarence Greene of Bakersville; and several 
nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Henline-Hughes 
Funeral Home in Bakersville. Revs. Steve Williams and Robert Buchanan 
officiated. Burial was in Green-Young Cemetery. The family received friends 
from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
