GEORGIA BARTLETT PRITCHARD 

SPRUCE PINE - Georgia Bartlett Pritchard, 82, died Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 
her home. She was the daughter of the late George and Elsie Bartlett, and wife 
of the late Paul E. Pritchard Sr. She was also preceded in death by four 
sisters, Belle Dean, Margie Blankenship, Ruth Springer, and Edgna Conley; and 
two brothers, Homer and Graham Bartlett. She was an active member of First 
Baptist Church of Spruce Pine and was owner/operator of Master Crafts Gift 
Shop. She had also worked in the mica industry and as a dental assistant.

Survivors include her son, Paul Pritchard Jr. of Spruce Pine; one 
granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church. Burial 
followed in Spruce Pine Memorial Cemetery. The family received friends from 7-
9 p.m. Sunday at Webb Funeral Home in Spruce Pine. Memorial donations may be 
made to First Baptist Church, 125 Tappan Street, Spruce Pine, NC 28777; or to 
Hospice of Mitchell County, P.O. Box 38, Spruce Pine, NC 28777.
