Henline-Hughes Funeral Home
Paul Dock Renfro, age 69, of Duck Branch Road, Bakersville, NC, passed away 
Friday, January 9, 2009 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.  He was a native 
of Yancey County, NC, and was the son of the late Aster and Mollie Wilcox 
Renfro.  He was the owner and operator of Renfro Tree Service.  He was a member 
of Beans Creek Freewill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.  

Survivors include;  wife, Dixie Blevins Renfro, daughters, Debbie Renfro and 
Marilyn Garland of Bakersville, NC, Darlene Miller of Spruce Pine, and 
Christine Stafford of Green Mountain, NC, sons, Arie Easterday of Spruce Pine, 
NC, Michael Garland of Rutherfordton, NC, Richard, Danny and Scott Garland of 
Bakersville, NC, brother, Charles Renfro of Green Mountain, NC, several 
grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by 
sisters, Shirley Lawing, Betty Byrd, and Alma H. Hughes and brother Sam Renfro.

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM Sunday, January 11, 2009 in the Chapel 
of Henline-Hughes Funeral Home in Bakersville, NC.  The family will receive 
friends two hour prior to the service.  G.B. Garland, Marvin Silvers, J.C. 
Sheets, and Dallas Renfro will be officiating the service.  Interment will be 
Monday, January 12, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Beans Creek Cemetery.  

Henline-Hughes is assisting the Renfro family.
