ALLIE ANDERS SHEPPARD 

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL - Allie Anders Sheppard, 73, of 18 Haw Creek Circle, 
died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004, in Zephyrhills, Fla.

Mrs. Sheppard was born on March 23, 1931, in Buncombe County, where she 
was a resident except for the 23 years she lived in Mitchell County. She 
was the daughter of the late Melvin and Joy McKinney Anders. 
Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Don Sheppard; daughter, Crystal 
Sheppard of Barnardsville; son, Alan Sheppard of Cummings, Ga.; sister, 
Orpha McDaris of Chapin, S.C.; three grandchildren, Angel, Sunshine and 
Freddie' and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Chapel of West 
Funeral Home in Weaverville. The Rev. Bob Ballard officiated. Burial was 
in Sheppard Family Cemetery in Weaverville. The family received friends 
from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
