DALLAS TROUTMAN 

JONESBOROUGH, TN - Dallas Troutman, 82, of Bowmantown Road, died Wednesday, 
Dec. 7, 2005 at his home. A native of Mitchell County, he was the son of the 
late Nathan and Isabelle Honeycutt Troutman. He was also preceded in death by a 
grandson, Tony Wayne Strickland II, two sisters, and four brothers. He was 
retired from Bawgus Asphalt Company, and a member of Community Baptist Church 
in Jonesborough.

Survivors include his wife, Emogene McCurry Troutman of the home; sons, Nathan 
William Troutman and Steve Troutman, both of Jonesborough; four daughters, 
Dallas Gail Broyles, Glinda Elaine Troutman, Nona Ann Sells and Debbie Kay 
Gore, all of Jonesborough; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dillow Taylor Funeral Home. 
Paul Crowe and Richard Bawgus officiated. Burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery. 
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial 
donations may be made to Medical Center Hospice, 101 MedTech Parkway, Suite 
100, Johnson City, TN 37604.
