STEVE P. TERRY

SPRUCE PINE - Steve P. Terry, 99, died Tuesday, Nov. 
18, 2003 at the Brian Center in Spruce Pine. He was the 
son of Roland and Kathryn Terry. A native of Putnam County, 
TN, he was part owner of Michigan Metal Products Co. and 
then operated Terry's Laundromat, both in Michigan. He 
attended Bakersville Baptist Church and Calvary Assembly of 
God.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Terry; two sons, Marvin 
Terry of Bakersville, and Norman Terry of Kalamazoo, MI; 
seven grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 7 p.m. at Henline-Hughes 
Funeral Home in Bakersville. Burial was at 11 a.m. Saturday 
in Bakersville Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to 
Tri-County Christian School, 1637 Highway 19E, Spruce Pine, 
NC 28777.
