BOB G. WOODY

SPRUCE PINE - Bob G. Woody, 73, of Bidfield Ridge, died Sunday, 
Apr. 27, 2003 in a Spruce Pine rest home. He was the son of the 
late David A. and Cartha Greenlee Woody. Retired from Henredon 
Furniture, he was a member of Grassy Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include three brothers, Todd Woody of Marion, Truett 
Woody of New London, and Richard Woody of Sorrento, FL.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grassy Creek 
Baptist Church. Rev. Matthew Mills officiated. Burial was in 
Grassy Creek Memorial Gardens. The family received friends from 
7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home in Spruce Pine.
