McQueen & Dison Deaton, the executors therein mentioned and the due execution thereof by the said Alex McQueen by the Oath and examination of B.T. Coggin and G. W. Allen the subscribing witnesses thereto who being duly sworn, oath, depose and say and each for himself deposeth and saith that he is a subscribing witness to the paper writing now shown him purporting to be the last will and testament of Alex'r McQueen. That the said Alex'r McQueen in the presence of this deponent subscribed his name at the end of said paper writing which is now shown as aforesaid and which bears date of the 27th day of March 1878. And the Deponents Further saith that the said Alex'r McQueen the testator aforesaid did at the time of subscribing his name as aforesaid declare the said paper writing so subscribed by him and exhibited to be his last Will and Testament and this deponent did (...) and subscribe his name at the end of said Will as an attesting witness thereto and at the request and in the Presence of the said testator. And this deponent further saith that: at the said time when the said testator subscribed his name to the said last Will as aforesaid and at the time of the deponent's subscribing his name as an attesting Witness thereto as aforesaid The said Alex McQueen was of sound mind and memory of full age to execute a Will and was not under any restraints to the knowledge information or belief of the Deponents. N McQueen & Dison Deaton, being Sworn doth say that Alex'r McQueen late of said County is dead having first made and published his last Will and Testament--and that Neill N. McQueen and Dison Deaton as the Executors named therein. Further that the property of the said Alex'r McQueen consisting of personal and Real Estate is worth about $350. So far as can be ascertained at the date of this application and (...) Neill N. McQueen, Nancy McQueen, Elizabeth Leach, Mary McQueen, Nancy Manus, Sarah Deaton, Elizabeth A. Deaton, Daniel N. McQueen, Mary J. Pittman, John M. McQueen, Alex'r M. McQueen, Wm B. McQueen, Sarah Ann McQueen are the parties entitled under said will to the said property.
