STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA        MONTGOMERY COUNTY COURT
Jan. Term, 1812

ELIZABETH ALLMAN

         Vs.

DRURY SMITH, Administrator of RICHARD ALLMAN

Petition

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, DRURY SMITH, 
is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the 
said defendant appear at our next term to be held for the County of  
Montgomery in April next and enter his plea to the said petition, judgment 
will be taken according to the plaintiff’s demand.
