Ingold and wife Margaret Ingold James Bridges and wife Sarah Bridges Oliver Richardson and wife A.E. Richardson Ida Dunn Wesley Dunn Elijah Dunn John L. Robinson and wife Temperance Robinson To the Clerk of Superior Court for said County. The Petition of John L. McKinnon Administrator of John Dunn dec’d respectfully showeth that he was appointed Administrator of said intestate by the Clerk of the Superior Court for said County on the ___ day of AD 1884 and at once entered upon the administration of said estate. Your petitioners further showeth: That from the best information and knowledge which he has been able to obtain the outstanding debts of said estate amount to about Five Hundred Dollars. That the personal property valued at about ____ Dollars has been applied to widow’s gross allowance. That at the time of his death said intestate was seized in fee simple of the following lands, viz. A tract of land situated in said County of Montgomery and joining the lands of Wm. Dunn, P.H. Wade, W.S. Ingram and others containing 80 acres more or less, valued at about $6 per acre and that said lands descends to his children to wit. J.R. Dunn, W.D. Dunn, John W. Dunn, Christian Dunn, Margaret Ingold, wife of Wm. Ingold, Sarah Bridges, wife of James Bridges, A.E. Richardson, wife of Oliver Richardson, Ida Dunn, Wesley Dunn, John L. Robinson and wife Temperance Robinson and Elijah Dunn. All of whom, except Ida Dunn, Wesley Dunn and Elijah Dunn, are or age and reside in the town of Shreveport in the State of Louisiana. Said lands subject, however, to the Dowry of ____ Dunn, the widow of said intestate, which has not as yet been assigned her. Your Petitioners further showeth that a sale of said lands, except the widow’s dower is necessary to enable him to pay the debts of his intestate and the charges of administration. In the end therefore, that said land with the exception of aforesaid may be sold by your petitioners under a term of this Court, in such terms as the Court may direct, and that the proceeds of the sale may constitute the assets in his hand for the payment of said debts and charges. Your petitioners pray that a summons issued to the said J.R. Dunn, W.D. Dunn, Christian Dunn, William Ingold and wife Margaret Ingold, James Bridges and wife Sarah Bridges, Oliver Richardson and wife A.E. Richardson, Ida Dunn, Welsey Dunn, Elijah Dunn and that review be made by publication for the non resident Defendant John W.
