Also, one Tract of 150 acres on the north branch of Wolf- Creek on the east side of Yadkin. Also, one Tract of 200 acres on Clark's Creek in the same county. The two last mentioned Tracts, formerly the property of James Beggleston, escheated. At Anson Court-House Will be sold on Tuesday the 18th of October next, two Tracts of Land, formerly the property of James Beggleston; one of 640 acres, lying on Brown-Creek in said county joining John Inkens's lower corner; the other 300 acres in said county on Little Brown-Creek joining Sanders's and Stephen Miller's lands, escheated. At Rutherford Court-House Will be sold on the second Tuesday in January next, one Tract of 250 acres in said county on Wilkie's branch of Cathey's Creek joining James Cooke's and Barr's line, formerly the property of James Beggleston, escheated.
