It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Journal notifying the Defendants, SAMUEL DUNN, and JAMES DAVIS and wife, Heirs At Law of SAMUEL DUNN , Deceased, to be and apear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Montgomery at Lawrenceville on the first Monday in July next.
