WILLIAM H. McRAE, GEORGE M. McRAE & OTHERS

Originial bill

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendants, BENJ. F. KELLY, FRANCES KELLY, PHILLIP MASK  and FRANCES T. MASK, 
his wife; HERCULES J. AGEE and ELIZABETH R. AGEE, his wife; JAMES L. McRAE, 
and DUNCAN McRAE reside beyond the limits of this State, it is therefore 
ordeered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the 
North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the Town of Fayetteville, 
notifying said defendant non-residents to be and appear at our next Court of 
Equity to be held for Montgomery County at the Court House in Troy on the last 
Monday in August next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this 
petition filed, otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter 
heard ex parte as to them. Witness JAS. L. GAINS, Clerk of the said Court at 
office in Troy on the last Monday in February A. D. 1856.
