B. Gillis and wife Temperance Frances Sedberry Seth Andrews and wife Elizabeth Harison Sedberry AGAINST Henry Beard and wife Dolly William Beard and wife Martha John Dunn and wife Mary On apportioning to the satisfaction of the Court from the hand of the Clerk that the whole of the purchase money has been paid into office amounting to ($390.65). Three Hundred and ninety and .65 dollars after deducting all the cost in the cause including an allowance of ($20) twenty dollars made to the clerk for probate in a foreseen decree and that there is due the defendants Henry Beard and wife Dolly, William Beard and wife Martha each one seventh of $390.65 or $55.80 5/7 and that the shares of John B. Gillis and wife Temperance and Frances Sedberry have been assigned by regular deed with all the forms of said in transfer by husband and wife of each estate to Harrison Sedberry and that the shares of Seth Andrews and wife Elizabeth and heirs at law of John Dunn and wife, now deceased to wit Christian Dunn, Eliza Ann Dunn, W.D. Dunn, James R. Dunn, James Bridges and wife Sarah H. Bridges, J. M. Dunn, Wm. Ingold and wife M.E. Ingold have been assigned to Jno. L. Robinson by regular deed under the forms of law and that the clerk has duly paid the said Harison Sedberry the share of Jno. B. Gillis and wife Temperance, Frances Sedberry, his own share upon his receipt filed and that shares of Seth Andrews and wife Elizabeth Andrews and the share of the heirs at law of John Dunn and wife Mary have been paid by clerk to the said Jno. L. Robinson their assigns upon his receipt. It is therefore ordered and decreed that the aforesaid payment by the Clerk be confirmed and approved and that the shares of the Defendants Henry Beard and wife Dolly, and William Beard and wife Martha each entitlement being $55.80 5/7 upon their joining (husband and wife) in a conveyance with all the forms required by law in transfers by husband and wife of the real estate of the wife the source being duly proved and registered or certified copies thereof being filed in the office of this Court.
