Written: September 4, 1794

ROBERT SINGLETON had 2 properties. First Warrant taken out 31 Dec 1792 for a 
one hundred acre tract. Survey done 14 Oct 1793, and it showed the tract on 
Dry Creek on the east side of the Little River. The 2nd Warrant taken out 2 Jan
1793 for 50 acres on Thickety Creek on the east side of the Little River 
adjoining RICHARD DOWNS, Survey comleted 4 Sept 1794. Chain bearers RICHARD
DOWNS AND JOHN SINGLETON.
