Abstract of Evidence: Marriage record of applicant recorded in Montgomery
County in 1912 shows age to agree with the above date of birth. Affidavit
of personal knowledge made by oldest brother, W.A. Cranford, Troy, N.C.
states that birth date was July 19, 1889. Family Bible record appearing to
be genuine and have been entered about the time of birth shows birth date
to be correct. I certify that the evidence described in the above abstract
was examined by me or by my agent; and that, to the best of my knowledge
and belief, such evidence complies with the requirements of the North
Carolina State Board of Health for the delayed registration of births.
