Birth Records of Montgomery County, dated September 4, 1920 
shows age of applicant at that time as 29.
I certify that the evidence described in the above abstract was 
examined by me or by my agent; and that, to the best of
my knowledge and belief, such evidence complies with the 
requirements of the North Carolina State Board of Health for the 
delayed registration of births.
