Irving Parsons, Biscoe, N.C. shows date of birth as Feb. 22, 1893. 
Affidavit of Sister, Victoria McCollum states that date of birth 
was Feb. 22, 1893.
I certify that the evidence described in the above abstract was 
examined by me or by my agent; and that, to the best of my 
knowledge and belief, such evidence complies with the 
requirements of the North Carolina State Board of Health for the 
delayed registration of births.
