in possession of applicant. Affidavit of personal knowledge made 
by Father of applicant, Ira Jackson Parsons states that the birth 
date is correct.
I certify that the evidence described in the above abstract was 
examined by me or by my agent; and that, to the best of my 
knowledge and belief, such evidence complies with the 
requirements of the North Carolina State Board of Health
for the delayed registration of births.
