To any regular minister of the Gospel or Justice of the Peace of 
said County:  You or any of you are hereby authorized and 
licensed to celebrate and solemnize the Rites of Matrimony 
between
John Bruton, son of Jack Nowell and Francky Christian
And
Susan Dumas, daughter of  ______ and _________ of said 
County and join them together as Man and Wife.

in Troy this 30th day of December in the 94th year of American 
Independence A.D. 1869
