Edward P. Deberry Marriage
State of North Carolina, Montgomery County.
TO ANY
Regular Minister of the Gospel having the cure of souls, of 
whatever Denomination; Or to any Justice of the Peace of said 
County:
You, or any of you, are hereby authorized and empowered To 
celebrate and solemnize the Rites of Matrimony between
Edward P. Deberry, son of Samuel Deberry and Martha Deberry
AND
Virginia E. Bruton, daughter of Wilson T. Bruton and Mary J. 
Bruton
And join them together as Man and Wife.
Witness, P.H. Morris, Register of Deeds in and for the County of 
Montgomery, at Office in Troy, the 15 day of August, 1869, and 
in the Ninety fourth year of our independence.

THIS CERTIFIES THAT Edward P. Deberry son of Samuel 
Deberry and Martha Deberry, and Virginia E. Bruton, daughter of 
Wilson T. Bruton and Mary J. Bruton, were, by me, united in the 
Bonds of Matrimony, on the 22 day of September, A.D. 1869, 
conformably to the Ordinance of God and the Laws of the State.
