Office of Register of Deeds, February 1, A.D. 1875 To any Ordained Minister of any Religious Denomination, Or any Justice of the Peace for said County: Daniel Parsons having applied to me for a License for the Marriage of Daniel Parsons of Montgomery County, aged 21 years, color white, the son of David Parsons and Jane Parson, the father living, the mother living, resident of Montgomery. And Milla Batten of Montgomery, aged 20 years, color white, daughter of J.B. Batten and Rebecca Batten, the father living, the mother living, resident of Montgomery County. And there being no legal impediment to such Marriage known to me, you are authorized, at any time within one year from the date hereof, to celebrate the proposed Marriage at any place within the said County.
