W. T. Roper to Elizabeth Baldwin, his 2nd Marriage

State of North Carolina
Montgomery County

To any regular Minister of the Gospel or Justice of the Peace of 
said County.  You or any of you are hereby authorized and 
licensed to celebrate and solemnize the rite of matrimony between 
William Roper, son of Lewis Roper
And
Elizabeth Baldwin, daughter of Mastin Baldwin and Annie 
Baldwin of said county and join them together as man and wife.
