MONTGOMERY COUNTY, NC - WILLS - Neil McCallum, 29 Sep 1897 ----¤¤¤¤---- Found in the Will Book of Montgomery County Courthouse I, Neil McCallum, of the county and state aforesaid being of sound mind and memory, but considering, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form first. That my executor hereinafter named shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay for all funeral expenses with my just. My daughter Cupe Ann McKinley is to have all of household and kitchen furniture and also one half interest in my land and Loney Thomas McCallum and my trunk and my shot gun is to get whenever he becomes 21 years old. And my wife is to have her maintenance out of land "enduring widowhood" Mary E. Chisolm 25 cents out of my personal property. I do approve D.I.
