Item 1st I give and bequeath unto my three youngest sons, Mason Parker, William Parker, Calihan Parker all the lands which I now hold in my possession. Item 2nd I give and bequeath unto my five sons Lewis Parker, Garret Parker, Mason Parker, William Parker and Calihan Parker and my six Daughters Jane McRae, Mary Ozier, Elizabeth Sedberry, Margaret Parker, Lively Debery, and Sarah Atkins foure Negros Hiram, Fred, Jim Martha. Mason Parker is to have his brother Henry Parker’s part of the Estate. It is my wish that my Daughters above named have equal part in the aover name Negros during their natural life and then to their children. Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my son Mason Parker and my five Daughters Jane McRae, Elizabeth Sedberry, Margaret Parker, Lively Debery, and Sarah Atkins six Negros Ellen, Petery Ernest, Armstead, Ann and Elie to be equally divided betwixt Mason Parker, Jane McRae, Elizabeth Sedbery, Margaret Parker, Lively Debery and Sarah Atkins. It is also my desire that my daughters have this property during their natural life and then to their children. Item 4th I give my Negro woman Mary to be equally divided amongst my sons and daughters above mentioned. Item 5th I further leave to my beloved daughter Margaret Parker a Negro boy named Ned about five years of age. Item 6th All the balance of my property not mentioned to be equally divided amongst the above named heirs. Item 7th It is also my desire that my daughter Martha Carter and John Carter her husband shall have five dollars only. Item 8th I give to Thomas H. Atkins fifty cents only. Item 9 I hereby nominate my son Mason Parker and Thomas Williams Executors to this my last will and Testament in witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this the 29 day of September AD 1849.
