Sanders before W.R. Harris, Clerk of Superior Court Martha Carter being sworn doth say that A. H. Sanders of said county is dead, without leaving any will and testament and that Martha Carter is the proper person entitled to letters of administration on the estate of the said A.H. Sanders. Further that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $53.14, Dinece Land twp. That Jesse A. Sanders, Martha J. Carter wife of Wm. Carter, Rolulus F. Sanders, Aaron T. Sanders, Della Russell wife of Nelson Russell, Teebe Sanders are entitled as heirs and distributes thereof. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this the 29th day of Feb. 1892 Martha Carter W.R. Harris, Clerk of Superior Court State of NC Montgomery County SS in the Superior Court I, Martha Carter do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I believe A.H.
