Montgomery County in the Superior Court in the matter of the administration of 
the estate of A.H. Sanders before W.R. Harris, Clerk of Superior Court

Martha Carter being sworn doth say that A. H. Sanders of said county is dead, 
without leaving any will and testament and that Martha Carter is the proper 
person entitled to letters of administration on the estate of the said A.H. 
Sanders.
Further that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at 
the date of this application, is about $53.14,  

Dinece Land twp. 
That Jesse A. Sanders, Martha J. Carter wife of Wm. Carter, Rolulus F. 
Sanders, Aaron T. Sanders, Della Russell wife of Nelson Russell, Teebe Sanders 
are entitled as heirs and distributes thereof.
Sworn to and subscribed before me, this the 29th day of Feb. 1892  Martha 
Carter

I, Martha Carter do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I believe A.H. Sanders 
died without leaving any last will and testament; and that I will well and 
truly administer all and singular the good and chattels, rights and credits of 
the said A.H. Sanders, and a true and perfect inventory thereof return as 
provided by law; and that all other duties appertaining to the charge reposed 
in me, I will faithfully and honestly perform with the best of my skill and 
ability:  So help me God,
