Term, 1856 EDWARD W. BOROUGHS vs. JOSEPH F. DUNLAP and others, heirs at law of BRYAN BORROUGHS Petition for Partition of Real Estate In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that MARY WINFIELD, THOMAS W. BOROUGHS, WESTWARD ARMSTEAD and wife, ELIZABETH; and BRYAN BOROUGHS are non-residents of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in Fayetteville, notifying the non-residents to be and appear at the next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Moore at the Court House in Carthage on the 4th Monday of April next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them. Witness ALEXANDER H.
