STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     COURT OF EQUITY   MOORE COUNTY
Sept. Term, 1808

CORNELIUS DAVID

Vs.

RICHARD OLDHAM et al

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, GEORGE 
POPLIN and PHILIP MERONEY are not inhabitants of this state. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in 
the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next  tern 
of this Court to be held for the County of Moore and plead or answer the said 
bill, judgment will be taken pro confesso.
