Aug. 8, 1857 North Carolina Argus Written: July 1857 Recorded: August 8, 1857 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA SUPERIOR COURT OF LAW MOORE COUNTY July Term, 1857 Doc. on the demise of CHARLES HARDIN vs. FANNY MOORE In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOSEPH MOORE, ROBERT MOORE and PATRICK MOORE, heirs at law of FANNY MOORE, deceased, reside beyond the borders of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in Fayetteville, notifying JOSEPH MOORE, ROBERT MOORE and PATRICK MOORE, non-residents, to be and appear at our next Superior Court of Law to be held for the County of Moore at the Court House in Carthage on the Monday before the last Monday in August next. Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte as to them. Witness GEORGE S.
