   VS.
CYRUS HARRINGTON

ATTACHMENT LEVIED ON LAND AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the 
defendant, CYRUS HARRINGTON, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive 
weeks in the North Carolina "Argus", a newspaper published in the town of 
Fayetteville, notifying the said defendant to be and appear at our next Court 
of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for Moore County at the Court House 
at Carthage on the fourth Monday in October next. Then and there to plead, 
answer or demur to this petition. Otherwide judgment will be taken pro 
confesso, and heard ex parte as to him. Witness, ALEXANDER H. MCNEILL, Clerk 
of said Court at office in Carthage on the fourth Monday in July, A. D. 1855.
