                     EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   [Notice] that on Wednesday, the 28th of November next, I shall, in 
pursuance of an Order of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions of Moore 
Coounty, proceed to sell to the Highest Bidder, at the Court House Door in the 
Town of Carthage, two valuable Negroes belowing to the estate of NANCY 
MCFARLAND.
   The slaves will be sold on a credit of six months, the purchaser giving 
bond and approved surety for the payment of the purchase money.
