STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA SUPERIOR COURT OF LAW & EQUITY          MOORE COUNTY
Sept. Term, 1826

HENRY McKINZIE et al
       vs.
BENJAMIN and LYDIA McKINZIE

Pursuant to a decree by the Court of Equity for Moore County, will be exposed 
to public sale at the Court House in Cartharge, on the third Monday in 
February next, the tract of land the MOORE place, lying in Moore County, 
adjoining the land of ARCHIBALD McBRYDE, JOHN TYSON, and others, containing by 
estimation, 246 acres, be the same more or less. A credit of one and two years 
will be given the purchasers by giving bond with approved security.
