MUNROE Petition for Divorce In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, GEORGE W. E. MUNROE, resides beyond the limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying said defendant, non-resident, to be and appear at our next Superior Court to be held for the county of Moore in the Court House in Carthage on the fourth Monday in November next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed. Otherwise, judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte as to him. Witness GEORGE S.
