ALEXANDER MURCHINSON

Vs.

JOHN MURCHINSON

Original Attachment: Levied on land 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN 
MURCHINSON is not an inhabitant of this state: It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next  tern of this 
Court to be held for the County of Moore on the third Monday in August next 
then and there to  plead or replevy, the judgment will be  entered against him 
for the Plaintiff’s demand.
