STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS    MOORE COUNTY
MORISON RICHARDSON et al, GARNER & WILLIAMS and L. GARNER
                   vs.
BRADLEY BRADY JR.

Attachment levied on land

In this case, and an execution to the favor of the plaintiffs has been levied 
on the 200 acres of land adjoining land of N. E. BRADY and others as the 
property of BRADLY BRADY JR., and it appearing that BRADLY BRADY JR., is a non-
resident of this State, it is ordered by the Court that publication be made 
for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newpaper published in 
the town of Fayetteville, notifying the said non-resident to be and appear at 
our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Moore 
at the Court House in Carthage on the fourth  Monday in July next and show 
cause, if cause there be, why the land levied upon shall not be sold to pay 
the cost of the Plaintiff's debts, interest and costs and the order of sale 
granted.Witness ALEXANDER H. McNEILL, Clerk of said Court at office in 
Carthage on the fourth Monday in April A.D. 1857
