RICHARDSON vs. JACOB STUTTS Attachment In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JACOB STUTTS is a non-resident of this State and that executions in favor of the Plaintiffs have been levied on 600 acres of land on the waters of Sock Creek as the property of the said JACOB STUTTS, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Argus, a newspaper published in the town of Fayetteville, notifying the said non- resident to be and appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for Moore County at the Court House in Carthage on the fourth Monday in July next or the land levied on will be condemned to satisfy the Plaintiffs debts and an order of sale granted.
