MOORE  COUNTY   April Term , 1844

WESTLEY B. THOMAS

Vs.

JOHN BLACKMAN and wife, heirs at law of JOHN GUNTER, deceased

Bill of Revisor

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the  defendants, JAMES 
WALTON and ELIZABETH WALTON, his wife; NEILL SULLIVANT and MARY SULLIVANT, his 
wife; DANIEL KELLY and NANCY KELLY, his wife, and ISAAC GUNTER,  are not  
inhabitans of this state: it is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper 
printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next 
Court to be held for the County of Moore in the Court House at Carthage on the 
Monday before the last Monday in August, 1844,  then and there to plead, 
answer , or demur to this bill, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard 
ex parte as to them.
