     Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber, having qualified at the May 
Term of Moore  County Court, as Executors on the Last Will and Testament  of 
AARON TYSON, deceased. Those indebted to the said estate are requested to make 
payment immediately; and those having claims against said estate are notified 
to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or this 
notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
