                              EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   The Subscriber having qualified as one of the Executors of the last Will 
and Testament of COL. BENJAMIN W. WILLIAMS, deceased, late of Moore County, 
requests all persons who are indebted to said estate to make immediate 
payment, and those who have any claims or demands against the estate, are 
required to present them within the time limited by law, or this notice will 
be plead in bar of their recovery.
