By Warrant NO 4486 Surveyed for Robert Green Two hundred Acres of
Land in Moore County on the West side of Jacksons Creek.  Beginning
on a stake and black jacks pointers at the intersection of his own
one hundred acres and James D. Rush's line running thence as Rush's
land north sixty one degrees west sixteen chains and ninety five
links to a stake and three pine pointers his corner.  Thence South
fifty eight degrees West thirty hree chains and twenty links to a
stake and three pines pointers.  Thence north fifty three degrees
West nine chains and forty links to a stake and three piner pointers-
Rush's corner  Thence with Coplands line north sixty two degrees east
fourteen chains and ten links to a stake and three pines pointers
Coplands corner of fifty acres.  Thence north eleven degrees West
twenty six chains and seventy links to Coplands line of one hundred
acres. Thence as the reverse of said line north seventy degrees east
twenty nine chains and seventeen links to a stake and two piens
pointers Coplands corner by the side of Flower's road.  Thence as his
line north fifteen degrees West Seven chains.  Thence South eighty
degrees West to and with McLaurens lien nineteen chains and fifty
links.  Thence as his own line of 100 acres  reversed north eighty
degrees West twenty chains.  Thence as his own line to the Beginning
Entered the 8th October 1850.  Surveyed 21st Dec. 1852.

County  You are Hereby requested to Survey lay off or cause to be
Surveyed and laid off for Robert Green Two Hundred Acres of Land on
the West Side of Jacksons Creek Joining the lands of Neill M,Kinnon,
James Rush, Murcock M,Kinzie, and others.  Entered the 8th day of
October 1850. And two just and fair plans of such Surveys So to be
made as you return to the Secretaries Office Without delay or
otherwise proceed therewith as the Law Directs   Given under the hand
