Sat. Aug. 1, 1857   N. C. Argus
   DIED, at his residence, near LaGrange, Fayette County, Tenn., July 4th , 
ALEXANDER McNEILL, in the 63rd year of his age. MR. McNEILL was a native of 
Moore County, N. C., which he representd in the House of Representative of the 
Legislature for several years. He emigrated to Fayette County in 1834, and has 
constantly devoted himself to the pursuit of agriculture since his removal to 
Tennessee.
