Sat. Dec. 19, 1857   North Carolina Argus.
   DIED, in Moore County, on the 23rd November last, MR. ARCHIBALD McPHERSON, 
aged 84 years. He was a native of Scotland, and removed to America in the year 
1802. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Scotland and remained a 
consistent member of that church in Moore County until his death.
