Will Book B, Page 292 - Allin MARTIN’s Will

North Carolina Moore County - The last will and testament of Allin MARTIN, 
Made in his own dwelling House in his last Ilness.  In the Name of God Amen.  
I Allin MARTIN of sound Mind and Memory on the fourth of July 1816 do 
this day publish this my last Will and testament in Manner following, that is to 
say -

1st-I give and Bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret the whole of my Estate 
during widowhood.
2nd-To my son John MARTIN now in the United States service I give unto him 
out of the Estate Twenty Dollars worth.
3rd-Also I desire my son Daniel MARTIN to manage and rase the rest of the 
Children with his Mother during life and at her death the whole of my Estate to 
be Equally divided among his children.  And I the said Allin MARTIN have to 
this my last Will and testament set my hand and Seal the day and year first 
above Written. Signed, Sealed published and declared in the presents of us:
