Druary Richardson Will

In the Name of God Amen.  Druary Richardson of Moore County 
being of sound mind but low in body and calling to mind that it is 
once appointed for all men to die, therefore do publish this my 
last will and testament.  First I give and bequeath to my loving 
wife Sally Richardson the house I now live in, and all the land on 
the other side of the King Street otherwise on the south side of the 
King Street, and all my stock of cattel and hogs and two horse 
beasts with all my plantation tools, kitchen and household 
furniture, during her life, and also my cash in hand due me on 
notes or otherwise to her during her life and also my cash in hand 
due me on notes or otherwise to her ? and purpose use while it 
should please God for her to live and at her death everything to be 
sold and the monies arising from the sale thereof to be divided in 
manner as follows, first I give to my daughter SALLY WRITTER 
the sum of five shillings.  I also give and bequeath to my son 
EDWARD RICHARDSON the sum of five shillings, and I also 
give and bequeath to my son ROBERT RICHARDSON the sum 
of five shillings and five shillings to each of the heirs of my 
daughter LETHA COOPER, the balance of my estate then 
remaining to be equally divided between by daughter ELIZA 
WRITTER and my daughter OMA BREWER, and the heirs of 
my son WILLIAM RICHARDSON to which will please my son 
in law JOHN WRITTER and BRYAN BOROUGHS Executors 
April 15th 1811
