WILLIAM DUE’S Administrators Petition Whereas, the widow of WILLIAM DUE, aforesaid, intermarried with a certain LEWIS HATTER, who lives beyond the limits of the State or cannot be found so as to be served with the ordinary process of law, and whereas, it does not appear they will become petitions it is therefore ordered that the defendants, LEWIS HATTER and wife, may come forward and plead, answer or demure to the said petition, otherwise, the petition will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte at the next term.
