   STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Nash County -- In Equity--
In the matter of JOSIAH POPE, WINNY COTTON et al vs. B. D. MANN, Administrator 
of RACHEL ATKINS, ET AL, pending in Equity in the County aforesaid.

In pursuance of an order in the above cause, said persons as are next of kin 
of the late RACHEL ATKINS, of the County of Nash, being first cousins, or of 
neuter degree, are hereby notified to appear and make their kindredship known, 
or a decree will pass for the distribution of her estate among such as are 
known.
